For Azure service users, adding subscription and reservation permissions in the Azure Portal is required to use subscription-related services in Cloud Z Cost Manager.
Add Subscription Permissions
Log in to the Azure Portal and navigate to the Subscription menu.
On the subscription page, select the name of the subscription to which you want to add permissions.
In the Access Control menu, click the Add button at the top and select Add Role Assignment.
Select Reader as the role and proceed to the next step.
Click Select Members, choose SK_Azure_App_admin_MCMP, and proceed to the next step.
Review the role assignment details and complete the assignment.

Add Reservation Permissions
Go to the Reservations menu in the Azure Portal.
On the Reservations page, select the reservation for which you want to add permissions.
In the Basic Information section, select the Reservation Order ID.
In the Access Control (IAM) menu, click the Add button at the top and select Add Role Assignment.
Select Reader as the role and proceed to the next step.
Click Select Members, choose SK_Azure_App_admin_MCMP, and proceed to the next step.
Review the role assignment details and complete the assignment.
