Issue
Windows was activated but is now in a deactivated state.
Cause
Windows instances use Microsoft's KMS (Key Management System) provided by AWS for activation. If the instance cannot connect to the KMS server, a Windows activation error message may appear. There may also be an issue with the KMS client configuration.
