Realm List
First, the Realm list screen.

New Realm
Here's how to create a new Realm. First, click the New Realm button on the top left.
The screen will switch to the page for creating a new Realm.
(1) Key: Realm の固有値として使用する key
(2) Display Name: 画面に表示される Realm 名
(3) Active: Realm アクティブ状態
(4) Login URL: Realm でログインする際に使用するアドレス ex)https://{domain}.cloudzcp.net/*
(5) 新規Realm作成をキャンセルしてRealmリスト画面に戻るボタン
(6) 新規Realm生成ボタン
To create a new Realm, enter the values in Overview. For the Realm Key value, enter only uppercase and lowercase letters, preferably within 5 characters. After entering all values, click the Create button at the bottom right of the screen.
After a while, the created Realm will appear in the list screen.
*caution :For the Realm creation function, it may take several seconds to several minutes due to internal processing of the IAM service.
Realm Detail
Click on the created Realm to go to the Realm details screen.
(1) Realm screen title, selected Realm name
(2) Realm detail tab
(3) Realm detail information: Displays detailed information of the Realm corresponding to the tab
(4) List button: Button to move to the Realm list screen
(5) Initialize button: Button to perform Realm initialization
(6) Save button: Button to save Realm information
You can also check the list of users and roles belonging to the Realm by moving the tab. You can only check the list, and the functions of create/edit/delete can be performed in each menu.
Realm Initialize
After creating a new Realm, you must perform Initialize to create basic roles and groups. Click the Initialize button at the bottom right of the Realm details page to perform initialization.
Realm initialization performs the following actions:
Create a basic role
Create a basic group
Realm Edit
Some details about the Realm can be modified.
Display Name
Login URL
Active
After modifying the Realm information you want to change, click the Save button to save. If saved successfully, you will see a green Saved toast window at the bottom center.
Realm Delete
The Realm deletion function is not provided by the Console service. If you wish to delete a Realm, please contact the administrator.
Menus
Here's a guide to managing the menus. Go to the Home / Platforms - Menus screen.
On the menu screen, you can check and edit the order, name, and link of the side menu.
(1) New Menus creation button
(2) Menu list basic information
- Index: Menu order
- Menu: Menu name
- Link: Link to the page to move to when the menu is selected
- Permissions: Permissions granted to the menu. Only users with the indicated permission can view the menu.
- Target: How the page is displayed when the menu is selected
(3) Active: Whether the menu is activated
(4) Order: Button to adjust the menu index order
(5) Actions: Button to edit or delete the menu
New Menu
Create a new menu.
(1) Title: Menu name displayed externally
(2) Category: Top group of menu
(3) Menu: Menu key
(4) Link: Link to move when selecting a menu
(5) Active: Whether the menu is activated
If set to OFF, the menu will not be visible even if access is granted
(6) Target: Screen connection method when selecting a menu
_blank : Opens the link in a new tab or window
_self : Opens a link on the current screen
_top : Opens the link in the topmost window of the current screen
(7) Permissions: Permissions for the menu
Specifies the permissions for the menu. Only users with the corresponding permissions can view the menu, move it, and perform functions within the menu.
(8) Tags: Tags for the menu
You can directly enter multiple tags. You can mainly enter values such as project, system, etc.
(9) List button: Button to return to the menu list
(10) Create button: Button to create a menu
To create a new menu, select the New Menu button on the Home / Platforms - Menus screen to go to the Create New Menu screen. After entering all values as in the example above, click the Create button at the bottom right to create a new menu.
Menu Edit
Guide to editing details of a menu.
If you need to edit a menu, go to the detail page by clicking the Detail button (yellow pencil shape) in the Actions column on the Home / Platforms - Menus screen.
Modify the values that need to be changed on the menu detail page.
The ID and Updated Date values that are displayed in gray are values that cannot be modified. After modification, click the Save button to save the changed values.
A success Toast window will appear with the text Saved at the bottom.
Menu Sorting
Menu Grouping
It provides the ability to group menus and use them in the form of Category menu - submenu.
(1) Category Menu
This is the parent menu of the menu set. Multiple other menus can be specified under the Category menu.
To create a Category menu, the Link and Target of the menu details must be blank.
(2) Submenu
To designate a menu under the Category menu, enter the value of the Category property of the Category menu as is. If the Category property value is the same, it will be registered as a submenu of the Category menu with the same value.
If specified as in the example above, you can see the Source menu under Dev Tools in the side menu as below.
Menu Change Order
You can change the order of the menus to display them in the sidebar.
On the Home / Platforms - Menus screen, click the arrow buttons in the Order column to adjust the menu order. When you change the order by clicking the arrow buttons, it is immediately reflected in the system.
Menu Active
This is a function that can turn the menu on and off. You can change the Active status of the menu by toggling.
- OFF: Disables the menu. When set to OFF, even authorized users cannot access the menu or use the function.
- ON: Enables the menu
Menu Delete
Here's how to delete a menu.
On the Home / Platforms - Menus screen, click the Delete button (the red trash can icon) in the Actions column to delete it.
When a pop-up window appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the menu, click the OK button. The menu will be deleted.
