Before using the commands below, you must link your Slack and Opsgenie accounts by entering:

You must use the exact team name and alert number as registered in Opsgenie.

Manually Creating an Alert
Manual alerts can be useful in the following scenarios:
You've acknowledged an alert but cannot resolve it yourself, and need to escalate via phone call.
A system alert requires immediate phone notification to the corresponding DT Platform team.
Include Manual Alert
in the alert message to indicate manual escalation.
