The scope of support available depends on the type of contract for the Azure service.
Azure service contracts are divided into CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) and LSP (Licensing Solution Provider), and only CSP contracts are eligible for support through the Support Portal.
Only under CSP contracts can our L1 Agents intervene as partners, while LSP contract accounts do not have partner permissions, so SR (Service Request) creation support is not available.
For LSP contracts, users must create SRs directly in the Azure Portal to receive support from Azure thereafter.
