When creating an Azure ticket, the tenant name and subscription ID must be confirmed for detailed support. If the CSP Account field does not show this information, please include it in the ticket description.
The Azure tenant name is displayed in the format xxx.onmicrosoft.com at the top right corner of the Azure Portal login screen alongside the logged-in user information.
You can also check the tenant name in the Azure section of MCMP (https://service.cloudz.co.kr/cloudServiceAgree) under Cloud Account Domain.
The subscription ID can be found in the ‘Subscriptions’ menu of the Azure Portal and follows the format xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.
