[EC2] Windows 純正認証失敗時の処理方法

Issue

• Windows was activated but is now in a deactivated state. 

Cause 

• Windows instances use Microsoft's KMS (Key Management System) provided by AWS for activation. If the instance cannot connect to the KMS server, a Windows activation error message may appear. There may also be an issue with the KMS client configuration.

• Use Systems Management Automation documentation to activate Windows
