Issue 

The application team is performing deployment work to EFS as usual. However, during the application deployment, a write timeout occurs.
Recently, there have been many more deployment tasks than usual due to the construction of a new homepage and related testing. 

Solution 

It is necessary to check the EFS throughput mode. EFS throughput modes include burst mode and provisioned mode. In this case, the EFS throughput mode was burst mode. The issue occurred because all available burst credits were consumed.
For urgent deployment tasks, change the throughput mode to provisioned mode, complete the deployment, and then revert back to burst mode.
