The purpose of Slack Channels is to enable quick communication and collaboration during incidents. For general inquiries, please use the Support Portal (https://support.skcc.com) or other communication tools.
Joining
Email addresses used for joining must be either @skcc.com or @partner.sk.com. Personal or company domain emails (from partner companies) are not permitted in principle. When a partner employee joins, they must first be issued an @partner.sk.com account and request access using that.
Exceptionally, partners such as AWS, IBM, and MSN are allowed.
Leaving
Invited users should voluntarily leave the Channel once the purpose of their participation is fulfilled or their role has changed.

Channels
Each Channel is operated as Private by default, and in principle, only SK Inc. C&C employees can directly participate using @skcc.com email accounts.
If external participation (including BP employees) is needed, please make a request via the Support Portal (https://support.skcc.com).
When creating a channel, please follow the default naming rule: Customer_ServiceName.
Security
When partner company members join the SK Digital Service Workspace, the organization managing the outsourced workforce must obtain a copy of the field representative appointment letter and manage it independently.
Channel Management
Channel creation and settings, as well as Workspace user invitations, are handled by the SK Digital Service Operations Team.
