You can use Amazon S3 integration to transfer files between an RDS instance and an S3 bucket.
In this case, the DB instance and the S3 bucket must be in the same AWS Region.
RDS S3 integration uses only a single IAM role to access the S3 bucket during upload/download requests. Therefore, it is recommended to combine all permissions into one role and remove the remaining roles.
