[Support Portal] Can I change my login account (email)?

If you would like to change the email address you registered with on the Support Portal, please submit a ticket with the request. 

  • Service Category: Ops Modernization > Support Portal 

  • Please include the following details in your inquiry: 

    • Your current email account 

    • The new email account you wish to use 

Even after changing your login email (ID), your current login password will remain valid, and you will still be able to view your previous ticket history.
