Question 

I need an Amazon SSL certificate for a newly added domain. Is there a way to download the Amazon SSL certificate that is currently in use on AWS or receive it separately? 

Answer 

Certificates issued by Amazon can only be used with specific AWS services such as EC2, CloudFront, etc., and cannot be exported outside of AWS.

While Amazon Certificate Manager (ACM) allows you to issue both public and private certificates, only private certificates can be exported. Public certificates that are publicly trusted, as well as their corresponding private keys, cannot be exported.
