[Cloud Z DB] The Private/Public IP is not shown in the Connection section of the created DB. What should I check?

First, please check which browser you are using.

Cloud Z DB supports the following browsers:

  • Chrome

  • Safari (Mac only)

  • Firefox

If you are accessing the Cloud Z DB Portal using "Internet Explorer 11" or "Microsoft Edge", this issue may occur.

Therefore, it is recommended to use Chrome to access the portal.


If you see a message such as the one below and cannot see the IP, please contact your Cluster Admin to request an additional IP:

"EXTERNAL-IP does not exist. Please contact your administrator."
